Located in the heart of Garden City, REVEL offers guests a unique combination of American fare inspired by a wide range of global influences. As folks are becoming more and more conscious of the importance of quality and freshness when it comes to a good meal, it was important to Executive Chef David Martinez to showcase his creativity, while sourcing fresh, local ingredients to compose REVEL's menu. As a member of the Clean Fish Alliance, REVEL is mindful of sustainable seafood, adding fresh, wild fish dishes to the menu including Arctic Char Tartare and Wild Alaskan King Salmon. Much of REVEL's produce comes from Long Island and Sullivan County, while it's all natural prime cuts of meat come from Aspen Ridge in Colorado, which sources all natural prime beef from the most exclusive family-owned Certified Humane ranches in America. Fresh pastas, salads and a variety of globally inspired composed dishes round out the menu, offering an option for all palates.
As the neighborhood of Garden City houses a plethora of great restaurant concepts ranging from French cuisine to Sushi restaurants, Italian food, burger joints and more, owner James Doukas was committed to providing the neighborhood with something new and unique. Inspired by New York City dining, his vision was to create a concept that would offer a city feel without the commute. It's open-air space, tiled floor and large bar area lends itself to a sophisticated, yet unpretentious urban energy, while just behind the wall of the lively bar, sits a traditional dining room, allowing guests to experience a variety of concepts within REVEL's four walls. With only a large window separating the dining room from the kitchen, guests will have the ability to witness the showmanship of talented chefs right from their seats.
Although meticulous about the quality of cuisine being plated, REVEL’s bar was certainly not an afterthought… Serving up signature cocktails comprised of the freshest ingredients paired with quality spirits, a wide variety of craft beers, and a wine list that reads just as eclectic as the food menu, finding the perfect libation to quench your thirst should come easy. Open until 2am daily, the bar area will also feature live music for post-dinner dwellers and night owls alike.
